How we value ourselves is extremely important to our happiness and what we get out of life. When we constantly doubt our self-worth, we hold ourselves back through negative thinking about our potential. Often we worry our way through life and find ourselves dwelling on what has gone wrong in the past.
Having a healthy level of self-esteem does not mean being overly competitive nor narcissistic; it merely means that we are content in our own skin and can live positively and create healthy relationships. When we can comfortably love ourselves then we can truly live.
Through hypnotherapeutic techniques we can access the deepest parts of ourselves and enhance our fundamental view of ourselves. Once we know that we fundamentally accept, love and respect ourselves, the way opens to greater fulfilment and opportunity. We can start to live life joyfully, embrace our creativity and make the most of our opportunities. We can honestly congratulate ourselves when we do well and live with our imperfections.
Self esteem

If you don’t really feel that you deserve to be happy, if you continually put others before yourself, if you feel criticised or self-critical, if you can’t say no; you may need a boost in your self-esteem.
